本規約は、株式会社 Remoi (以下「当社」) が運営するブランド「TYP0stet」(以下「本サービス」、typostet.com および将来的に提供される TYP0stet 関連の物理プロダクト・デジタルサービスを含む) において、ユーザーが商品を購入・サービスを利用する際の権利義務関係を定めるものです。本サービスを利用された時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本サービスにおける運営方針の詳細は TYP0stet 倫理憲章 に定めます。
当社は本サービスにおいて以下を提供します:
ユーザーが本サービスにて商品を注文し、当社が決済 (Stripe, Inc. に処理を委託) を確認した時点で売買契約が成立します。受注生産品 (Vol.1 Tee 等の先行予約) については、予約金決済時に予約契約が成立し、残金 charge 時に売買契約が確定します。
商品価格、送料、支払時期、引渡時期、返品ポリシー等の詳細は 特定商取引法に基づく表記 をご参照ください。
商品の引渡時期は 特定商取引法に基づく表記 に従います。当社は配送業者の遅延・自然災害・原材料調達遅延等の合理的理由により引渡が遅れる場合、ユーザーへ速やかにメールにて連絡します。
受注生産品 (Vol.1 Tee 等) はお客様都合による返品・交換をお受けできません。詳細は 特定商取引法に基づく表記 に従います。
染色のムラ・後染めの個体差・サイズの微小な差異は、本サービスの商品特性として許容されるものとし、不良品とはみなしません。
Vol.1 シャツの先行予約は、残金 charge 前 (発送 1 週間前まで) に限り、予約金 ¥1,000 を全額返金にてキャンセル可能です。残金 charge 後は受注生産工程に入るためキャンセル不可となります。
TYP0stet のブランド名、ロゴ (TYP0stet 文字ロゴ、0 マーク、4:81 sub mark 等)、デザイン、UI、ソースコード、テキスト、画像等の知的財産権は当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。
当社の事前許諾なく、これらを以下の目的で使用することは禁止します:
ユーザーが購入した物理プロダクトを私的に着用・所有・撮影・SNS 投稿することは自由です。
ユーザーは本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません:
当社は、本サービスを通じて提供する商品・情報について、品質・正確性・適合性を保証しますが、以下については免責とします:
当社は、ユーザーから取得した個人情報を プライバシーポリシー に従って取り扱います。
当社は、本規約を必要に応じて変更することがあります。重要な変更については、本サービスにおいて 7 日前までに告知します。変更後にユーザーが本サービスを利用された場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関連する紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms govern your use of "TYP0stet" (the "Service", including typostet.com and TYP0stet physical/digital products), operated by Remoi, K.K. ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Operating principles are further defined in the TYP0stet Manifesto.
We offer:
A sales contract forms when you place an order and we confirm payment (processed by Stripe, Inc.). For made-to-order items (Vol.1 Tee pre-orders), a reservation contract forms at deposit payment, and the sales contract finalizes at balance charge.
Price, shipping, timing, and return policy details: see Commerce Disclosure.
Delivery timing follows Commerce Disclosure. We notify by email promptly if delivery is delayed for reasonable cause.
No returns or exchanges for buyer's reasons on made-to-order items. See Commerce Disclosure. Dye unevenness, individual variation from garment dye, and minor size differences are product characteristics, not defects.
Vol.1 Tee pre-orders can be cancelled with full ¥1,000 deposit refund up until the balance charge (1 week before shipping). After balance charge, cancellation is not possible.
The TYP0stet brand name, logos (TYP0stet wordmark, 0 mark, 4:81 sub mark etc.), designs, UI, source code, text, and images belong to us or their rightful owners.
Without our prior consent, these may not be used for:
You are free to wear, own, photograph, and post your purchased products for personal use.
We handle personal information per Privacy Policy.
We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be announced 7 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governed by Japanese law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court (first instance).
