取得する個人情報
当社は、ユーザーが本サービスを利用する際に以下の情報を取得します:
- 注文時に取得: 氏名、メールアドレス、配送先住所、電話番号 (任意)、購入商品・数量
- 決済時に取得: クレジットカード情報は当社のサーバーに保存されず、Stripe, Inc. (米国) に直接送信・処理されます
- Newsletter 購読時に取得: メールアドレス (note 経由で当社が直接保有することはありません)
- サイト閲覧時に自動取得: IP アドレス、ブラウザ種別、参照元 URL、cookie 情報
- お問い合わせ時に取得: 氏名、メールアドレス、お問い合わせ内容
利用目的
取得した個人情報は以下の目的でのみ利用します:
- 商品の配送・代金請求・カスタマーサポート
- 注文確認・発送通知・予約商品の残金 charge 通知
- 本サービスの提供・運営・改善
- 不正利用の防止
- 法令に基づく対応
- 新製品・キャンペーン情報の案内 (オプトアウト可)
第三者提供と委託
当社は、ユーザーの個人情報を以下の場合を除き第三者に提供しません:
- ユーザーの事前同意がある場合
- 法令に基づく場合
- 人の生命・身体・財産の保護のために必要で、本人の同意を得ることが困難な場合
以下の業務委託先には個人情報を提供することがあります (業務遂行に必要な範囲のみ):
- Stripe, Inc. (米国) — 決済処理
- Cloudflare, Inc. (米国) — Web ホスティング・CDN・DNS
- Google LLC (米国) — メール (Gmail) 経由でのお問い合わせ対応
- 配送業者 (ヤマト運輸・佐川急便・日本郵便等) — 商品の配送
- 沖縄 SEABOW — 受注生産品のプリント (配送先情報のみ)
cookie の使用
本サービスは以下の目的で cookie を使用します:
- ユーザー認証・ログイン状態の保持 (将来的にマイページ機能を提供する場合)
- サイト分析 (Cloudflare Analytics)
- Stripe 決済処理に必要な情報の保持
cookie の使用を希望されない場合は、ブラウザの設定で無効化できます (一部機能が利用できなくなる場合があります)。当社は Google Analytics や Facebook Pixel 等の第三者トラッキングは現時点で使用していません。
ユーザーの権利
ユーザーは自身の個人情報について以下の権利を有します:
- 保有個人データの開示請求
- 個人情報の訂正・追加・削除請求
- 利用停止・第三者提供停止の請求
- Newsletter 配信停止 (note 側で配信解除可能)

個人情報の保存期間
当社は、利用目的の達成に必要な期間に限り個人情報を保存します:
- 注文情報: 注文後 7 年間 (税法・特定商取引法の保存義務に基づく)
- カスタマーサポートの記録: 対応完了後 3 年間
- サイトログ: 自動取得日から 90 日間
安全管理措置
当社は、取得した個人情報の漏えい・滅失・毀損を防止するため、合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。これには、データ暗号化 (HTTPS 通信)、アクセス制限、定期的なセキュリティ監査が含まれます。
本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、法令の改正や本サービスの内容変更に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更については、本サービスにおいて 7 日前までに告知します。

- At order: Name, email, shipping address, phone (optional), purchased items
- At payment: Credit card data is sent directly to Stripe, Inc. (USA); not stored on our servers
- Newsletter subscription: Email (via note; not directly held by us)
- Site browsing: IP, browser type, referrer URL, cookies
- Inquiries: Name, email, message
Purpose of Use
- Order fulfillment, billing, customer support
- Order confirmation, shipping notice, pre-order balance charge notice
- Service provision, operation, improvement
- Fraud prevention
- Legal compliance
- Product / campaign announcements (opt-out available)
Third-Party Disclosure & Outsourcing
We do not disclose personal information to third parties except: with user consent, by law, or for life/safety/property protection where consent is impractical.
We share information with the following service providers (limited to what's necessary):
- Stripe, Inc. (USA) — payment processing
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — web hosting, CDN, DNS
- Google LLC (USA) — email (Gmail) for inquiry handling
- Shipping carriers (Yamato, Sagawa, Japan Post) — delivery
- SEABOW (Okinawa) — printing for made-to-order items (shipping info only)
Cookies
We use cookies for:
- User authentication / session (for future my-page features)
- Site analytics (Cloudflare Analytics)
- Stripe payment processing
You may disable cookies in your browser (some functions may be unavailable). We do not currently use Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel.
User Rights

Retention
- Order data: 7 years (tax / commerce law)
- Customer support records: 3 years after resolution
- Site logs: 90 days from auto-collection
Security
We implement reasonable safeguards to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information: data encryption (HTTPS), access restrictions, periodic security audits.
Changes to Policy
This Policy may be updated. Material changes will be announced 7 days in advance.
